TTTOUR DDAY
AT THE VENUE (DESTINATION)
HQ - TTTEAM HEADQUARTERS
-
Depending on the event, this may be van/s or a booth.
-
This is where you will find on-site TTTeam members.
-
TwoTeenTours will always send staff to the venue to assist passengers.
-
There will be basic first aid and admin support.
-
Go here if you can't find your vehicle.
-
Location of the HQ (also known as the MOTTTHERSHIP) will depend on the event.

ON-SITE SHUTTLE POLICY - FOR 1-HOUR A/C USE
-
All TwoTeenTours shuttles are allowed to use 1-hour of a/c in the parking.
-
Shuttle passengers need to agree when that time will be and inform the driver.
-
If the driver refuses to turn the a/c on, please report to HQ immediately.
-
You may eat / sleep / freshen up inside your vehicles during the 1-hour use.
-
Even when the a/c is off, you may still hang out inside the vehicle.
-
The 1-hour is accumulated and cannot be 1-hour per person or per group.
-
It's to be decided as a group, when that 1-hour will be.
-
The 1-hour aircon cannot be extended or repeated.

ON-SITE SHUTTLE POLICY - LEAVING OF ITEMS IN SHUTTLE
-
Only non-valuables are allowed to be left - example: towel, pillow, jacket, extra clothes, tumbler.
-
If you leave valuables, TwoTeenTours, our TTTeam, drivers, and the vehicle supplier will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item.
-
Prohibited valuables - documents (id/passport), money (card, cash, checkbook, passbook, etc.), gadgets (laptop, camera, tablet, etc.)

PASSENGERS WITHOUT EVENT TICKETS
For those who are underage passengers, if your Legal Guardian or a necessary aide / companion does not have event tickets, they are free to remain in the shuttle or within the vicinity of the HQ / MOTTTHERSHIP van during the day. But please be wary of the event organizers' policies regarding attendance without event tickets. All passengers riding with TwoTeenTours to the concert / event venue are expected to adhere to the policies of the event organizer.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A DAY ON TTTOUR
-
Bring all your own necessities: water jug/bottle, medications, toiletries. But please don't bring your very expensive, branded tumblers so that if anything gets lost in the chaos, you don't miss it.
-
There are no walkable convenience stores, restaurants, or banks.
-
Depending on the organizer, there might be a mobile ATM. But bring cash already, because there won't always be a place to withdraw cash.
-
Bring your own snacks, because even if there are meals for sale, there might not be a lot of snacks.
-
Prepare to wait or have something to do that won't consume all your energy.
-
Bring cooling or drying items: towel, hand fan, extra clothes, umbrella, hat, shades, windbreaker or jacket. The weather is tricky in open-air spaces with little shade. Prepare for changes in the weather.
-
You may nap in your shuttle, so it's good to have a neck pillow with you.
-
The best tip? Prepare for a field trip!

PHONE SIGNAL AT THE VENUE
Even with the power of a telecom sponsor, sometimes signal conks out because of the amount of people trying to communicate within the venue. This is why you need to coordinate with your shuttle group.

POST-EVENT MEETING: COORDINATE WITH YOUR SHUTTLE GROUP
Before unloading from the shuttle, make sure you and your shuttle group know where to meet after the concert. Make sure you all know your plate number, what the shuttle looks like, and where it's located. This way, you won't have such a hard time during the post-event chaos when everyone is rushing to their vehicles to try and get out of the venue on-time.
TTTOUR DDAY
RETURN TRIP : DESTINATION > POINT OF ORIGIN
Please study this thoroughly because it's very different from the previous section!

POST-EVENT CHAOS
-
After the event, people tend to rush back to their vehicles so they can exit the premises as soon as possible. Please do not get overwhelmed by the chaos.
-
In the event your shuttle moves, our team will be prepared to help you locate your vehicle.
-
If you don't see your shuttle in the same place as before, go to the HQ / MOTTTHERSHIP.
-
If you plan to still buy food or drink or use the bathroom, please make sure your SHREP knows.

NO-SHOW, NO-RESPONSE POLICY
-
Please be in your shuttle or the HQ / MOTTTHERSHIP within 30 minutes of the event ending.
-
If by the 45-minute mark you have not informed your SHREP where you are and you don't show up, the shuttle may leave without you and we cannot guarantee there are still seats or vehicles returning to your point of origin.
-
If you have any intentions of making stops at the venue before going to your shuttle, please INFORM YOUR SHREP.
-
Waiting for passengers past 45-minutes post-event will only be allowed if we have been informed they're on the way. If we have no information, the automatic cut-off is 45-minutes.

LEAVING THE VENUE
-
SHREPs are required to submit the return attendance sheet to get greenlit for the return trip.
-
As soon as the passengers are complete & attendance is submitted to the On-Site TTTeam, the shuttle will begin to exit the premises.
-
If the passengers are not complete, by the 45-minute mark, the shuttle will begin to exit the premises.
-
Parking fees will be settled by TwoTeenTours for the Philippine Arena / Sports Stadium.
-
For other venues, TwoTeenTours will coordinate with the drivers directly re: Parking Fees.
-
Waiting for passengers past 45-minutes post-event will only be allowed if we have been informed, they're on the way. If we have no information, the automatic cut-off is 45-minutes.
-
SHREPs and Passengers are not authorized to force the return of the vehicle. Without the return attendance sheet, the shuttle cannot leave.
-
Coach Captains will only leave on the On-Site TTTeam's instructions.
-
An unauthorized departure will be penalized, charging the Coach Captain.
-
If there are concerns about leaving the venue, please approach the On-Site TTTeam.

POST-EVENT FLIGHTS AND OTHER EARLY NEXT-DAY COMMITMENTS
-
As much as TwoTeenTours exercises the best effort to empty out the venue of all our vehicles as soon as possible, due to the lack of transportation options leaving the venue late in the evening, we will have to follow our standard operating procedure of waiting at least until 45-minutes if the shuttle attendance is not complete.
-
In the event of NO-SHOW, NO-RESPONSE after the 45-minute grace period lapses, it will be the present shuttle passengers who will decide if they will wait a little more or leave.
-
Strictly no rushing the TTTeam to release the shuttle before the completion of the grace period.
-
If you want to leave right away, please agree with your group to complete attendance ASAP.
-
If complete before the 45-minute grace period and with a complete attendance sheet, the shuttle may leave.

REBOOKING
REBOOKING IS STRICTLY SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
TTTeam members reserve the right to REFUSE REBOOKING INVOLVING DISPATCH TIME AND TTTERMINAL CHANGES if they see that it would not be logistically or financially feasible.

WHAT IS REBOOKING?
-
Transfer of ownership of shuttle ticket - name and contact info change = PHP 800.00 fee
-
Change of DISPATCH SCHEDULE or TERMINAL = PHP 350.00 fee

HOW TO REBOOK
-
Type #REBOOKREQUEST + #TOURNAME on Telegram
-
TTTeam members will reach out to assess if changes can be accommodated.
-
If approved, you'll be sent to the form.

WHY IS APPROVAL NEEDED?
-
If timeline is too short, change of ownership will not be accommodated.
-
If timeline is too short or new dispatch sched / terminal is full, request will be decline.
-
Upon booking, all booking details must be final.
-
Please only buy your shuttle ticket if you are 100% SURE.

REBOOKING ELIGIBILITY
-
You no longer need the shuttle ticket, so you sold it or gave it to someone else and want to transfer ownership of the shuttle ticket because no refunds are allowed.
-
You have legitimate reasoning for the change of schedule or terminal (please note, that this is not all we consider for change of terminal or schedule - if there are no available seats in your new, desired terminal or schedule, we cannot bump an existing passenger to make room).

DEADLINE FOR REBOOKING
-
72H before the event, strictly no more rebooking.

REBOOKING POLICIES
-
No rebooking less than 72H before the event day.
-
Rebooking can only be done once.
-
Rebooking fees are PER PASSENGER, not per transaction.
-
It's not allowed to skip rebooking and just book anew. Duplicate booking will be deleted.

WHY ARE THE REBOOKING GUIDELINES SO STRICT? AND WHY ARE THE PENALTIES SO HIGH?

TwoTeenTours is limited with manpower, time, and resources. Rebooking is an extra service. Going back to correct the mistakes and amend the information of our passengers is still not within the scope of our capacity. Most of our data processing is manual and done in large volumes. To maintain our service quality, these limitations are to ensure we always have the manpower and time to focus on the more important aspects of our service.

We ask for your patience as we endure these growing pains and find ways to optimize our processes while remaining sustainable. We need our passengers' cooperation so that one day we may grow our resources to eventually eliminate a rebooking penalty and have room to let our passengers experience a smoother process. Please bear with us.

This TTTracker allows prospective Passengers to see what's available, which vehicles are vans or buses, and which TTTerminals have been opened or closed down.

This is updated by the TTTeam on a daily basis and also allows Passengers to know if we have received their payment.

-
If you follow our event-day updates on the public Telegram channel of TwoTeenTours, you can wait until a report on your child's UNIT CODE appears to see what time they arrive at the venue, and what time they arrive when they return to their point of origin.
-
Kindly bear in mind that TwoTeenTours will not assume the role of the Legal Guardian while on the road, at the terminal, or at the venue. But please brief your child so they know where our HQ / MOTTTHERSHIP is located if they need any help at all at the venue.

These Terms and Conditions are not here to prompt any anxiety in our Passengers, but rather, we would like to encourage thorough preparedness.
We at TwoTeenTours are very passionate about providing our Passengers with the most convenient, safe, and enjoyable services we can offer at the best possible price. But for us to give our best, we need the diligent cooperation of our Passengers in studying the material we offer and understanding the way our system works.

TwoTeenTours is a private, independently-operating shuttle service that is not affiliate with concert or event organizers. TwoTeenTours reserves the right to establish and implement our own terms and conditions, as well as to turn away from serving those who refuse to cooperate with the guidelines that are designed to help us operate sustainably at competitive shuttle prices.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Please be mindful that TwoTeenTours is NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY. We do not book flights, accommodation, or non-concert shuttles for Passengers. We will provide help and support as locals by answering queries for first-timers in Manila or traveling in general, but ALL OUR PASSENGERS are required and expected to be responsible in planning their travel.

Kindly bear in mind that the areas where our TTTerminals are all located are prone to unexpected traffic even if the information on GoogleMaps or Waze says otherwise. The traffic congestion in the Philippines is not to be underestimated. Please plan for your visit with lots of room for unexpected events, especially if you plan to get to us through the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The Philippines is unfortunately a tough environment for those who are heavy commuters from other countries. This is proven by the fact that the Philippine Arena isn’t actually very far from even the southernmost municipality on our TTTerminal list. It’s simply not friendly for an average commuter. This is why our service exists, because not only are the transfers confusing or non-existent, our trains don’t even extend to the cities outside of Metro Manila.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
THIS FAQ SECTION IS ONLY FOR QUESTIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED IN THE ABOVE TERMS.
If you don't find what you're looking for here, then please read the terms! It might be there!
Why doesn't TwoTeenTours use the artist name or official event name when promoting shuttles?
-
We create our own branding to respect the intellectual property and copyright owned by the artist, their management, and the organizer who has exclusive rights to the copyright of the event here in the Philippines.

If TwoTeenTours doesn't use the copyright of the event to promote, how can I tell if I'm booking for the correct tour?
-
Check the schedule and venue of the event! That should giveaway which event we're offering shuttles for!
-
Normally, for large venues, there's only one event per venue per day. If there are other events within the same venue (like a convention center), it's still in the same vicinity.
-
Bottomline, if you want to go somewhere at a specific date and time and we offer shuttles to that place on that scheduled date/time, then you're welcome to book with us!
