INNOVATING CHANGE IN PHILIPPINE ENTERTAINMENT TOURISM

Tridem Collective is a Philippine-based production company whose values are deeply rooted in holistically elevating the live entertainment experience through storytelling, tourism, hospitality, and carefully curated projects that are receptive to the culture of audiences.

Tridem Collective is currently the mother company of TwoTeenTours, the largest fans-first concert shuttle service in the Philippines; Tridem Tours, a tailor-fit entertainment tourism service; and Trident Media, the boutique media group of Tridem Collective.

The Work Setup

While most of the company’s meetings are held virtually, we believe in the progress we can achieve only through face-to-face work during crucial points of our production timeline. We strongly encourage team members to attend in-person meetings, oculars, and dry runs / simulations. Physical attendance is most crucial in the days leading up to the actual event. Schedules will always be planned ahead of time.

For this project, we are looking for Passenger Care team members to enlist under a time-bound project contract. The contract will be active for a duration of under five weeks from November 2023 to January 2024. Shortlisted applicants will be required to fulfill a legally-binding Non-Disclosure Agreement where the exact schedule of the contract will be disclosed.

Pre-event meetings will either be held in Magallanes Village, Makati City, or Mandaluyong in work spaces accessible through the MRT-3.

The Actual Work

The ride to and from the concert is a vital part of the overall concert / event experience, so Tridem Tours and TwoTeenTours make it a point to incorporate hospitality in the entertainment tourism experience. To ensure smooth operations, managed crowd control, and providing passengers with support in an unfamiliar environment, Tridem Collective actively assembles a team for every project that’s dedicated to everyone’s safety, efficient travel, and overall unique experience.

What's in it for you?

Tridem Collective is a young and rapidly growing entertainment production company seeking to enlist like-minded and passionate industry professionals, both with experience and seeking to gain experience on every level. In becoming a member of the team, we look forward to not only providing you with a safe yet dynamic space to grow, but a professional community you can be a part of for future projects with proper compensation, benefits, and support.

Tridem Collective aims to invest in the professional experience of its team as much as the experience of its community members.
